Debbie (Brown) Dugan, 47, of Griggsville is a candidate for Pike County Circuit Clerk.  Debbie is the daughter of the late Warren and Donna (Dimmitt) Brown of Pittsfield.  She is married to Andy Dugan, son of Gerald and Geneva Dugan of rural Chambersburg.

She is a lifelong resident of Pike County and feels her positive attitude, strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills would prove valuable to the Circuit Clerk's office.
